Answer: Cold rainy, very little public transportation, very little career opportuinities..the whole wilkes-barre scranton area has been in rehab thanks to mostly newyorkers looking for an escape from expensive newyork...other than that it was a coal mining town that died years ago..To be frank with u it would be one of the last places I would move to unless u have something lined up...

Answer: The city is on the move .. Improving at a decent rate.. Yes the prep school is very good.. I have lived here my whole life..
