Find All Jobs Available in Portland

Can somebody please tell me...are there any jobs in portland? How long do think it would take to get one. I only have my high school diploma but am good with cars and fixing them.

Cons: old aged students, not a collegetown, no college social life, weather

Chico State
Pros: college town, lots of college social life, warmer, cali
Cons: cant do nursing program, not near a big city at all, not alot of diversity
