Answer: Getting promoted means that they have confidence in the job you are doing and are giving you more responsibility.

Redundancy means that the job is going not the person.
So it is quite possible that you could be promoted to supervisor or manager and be made redundant when those under you are not.

Number two, well "cheap car rentals" seems to get a bout 1500 searches a day, though the competition for that phrase is still pretty tough, if you can get ahead of the pack on that one it could be good.
