Answer: I would find out the location of there offices and visit the human resources dept. and ask about a job and fill out an application in person.

Answer: I would try a couple places:

Argosy Casino (Lawrenceburg, IN)
Perfect North Slopes (Lawrenceburg, IN)
Kings Island (Kings Mills, OH)

These places are almost always hiring although the last two are more likely seasonal positions. Argosy though pays very well and they will train you.

Answer: Have you tried reapplying at BAE? They just won some new big contracts in the last couple of weeks. If you did a good job there before, they might be looking to hire again soon.

Answer: You may be able to find baby sitting jobs in the local paper. You can post your information at the local grocery store. Sometimes, just asking a neighbor or two if they know someone who needs day care will get you what you want.

Answer: Look, I worked in Cleveland, the Unions are strong in Ohio. But you can make good money. Tell him to look into trades, electrician, pipe-fitters, etc. Also, if he sees a road crew, talk to the boss man. Talk to the boss man on any construction site.
