In order to gain something, one has to loose something. Employment for students causes them to loose interest in studies.

And whether this is always true or not, it is your thesis.

Answer: You should probably not put #5 on a resume. It is admirable, but does not belong on a professional resume, unless you were a professional nanny or were somehow contracted.

Also, make sure everything is in the same tense.
